i found the staff helpful . they arranged taxi services quickly when asked. the location suited me because it was close to the bus stops. also, i thought the public transport connections were convenient.
soundproofing in the room was not so good. i easily heard noises from the corridor.

surprise upgrade WAS a CHARM

we travelled AS a family, two adults and a teenager. we HAD booked a triple room, and all photos suggested three beds in the same room. after checking IN we discovered that our room HAD a separate bedroom for the teen and WAS very spacious. this WAS a great surprise, AND very welcome!
the breakfast WAS enough to get us started , but the lady tending to breakfast WAS also really nice. the location WAS perfect for us , not in the busiest area, so it WAS quieter , but still a walking distance from most places.
